January Haiku Contest Winner: Tysheem Morris

Dreams to escape from
And nightmares that made me stay
Laid in bed calmly

To relax my mood
Soon, clues led my mind to think
Thoughts even ran fast

Faster  than, sun sets Sun rises,
ends the worst nights

First flights to my best

 Ran from the future
By hiding deep in the past
Gifts and presents torture

 Lead me to break out
Only dreams to escape from
Nightmare bailed me out
